This warm and welcoming home enjoys stunning views across Fife to the Lomond Hills, and is sheltered and peaceful being situated among fields away from the noise of any main roads.  Delightful woodland walks and the opportunity to observe a variety of wildlife are right on the doorstep.

Traditional Scottish hospitality is offered in this beautiful home near St Andrews.

Antiques, sculptures and beautiful stone work give the house its character. Guests will enjoy stunning views over central Fife to the distant Lomond Hills.

Upper Hillside offers a choice of 2 ground floor guest rooms. Each has facilities for making coffee, speciality teas with fresh flowers in each room; and a complimentary treat for chocolate lovers.

The Garden Room is a cozy room enjoying delightful views with a large contemporary bathroom.

Guests are welcome to relax and unwind in the comfortable sitting room in front of the log fire or DVD/TV or just absorb the peaceful atmosphere.

The Lomond Room: "Pure Comfort" - Spacious double/family room with private entrance so you may come and go as you please with your own key. It is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, radio and large ensuite bathroom.

The array of food offers a bright start to the day. Indulge in a full Scottish breakfast, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, or try homemade kedgeree, cereals, fruit, yoghurts, freshly baked croissants or pain au chocolate, home made jams, continuous supply of juice, tea, coffee ... all served in the bright AGA kitchen with open garden view.

We use local or home grown organic foods when available.

Bed and Breakfast £30 to £40 per person per night – but prices should always be checked when making a reservation. Minimum 2-night stay.

An iron and ironing board, and shoe cleaning equipment are available for guests to use.

There is ample parking space on the grounds.

Dogs are welcome - we have two adorable black labs and one heavenly chocolate lab.
